When I learned about Angelina's Wellness by choice Expo I knew I had to get involved. How often do you get to talk to someone on the phone first time and have that instant connection? We felt like Soul Sisters by the time we were done. Our vision is the same, to be a trusted source guiding people to the top in health and wellness products. My mission is to help wellness minded individuals, fitness owners and license medical professionals feel better and look better inside and out while offering their clients a way to improve their patients progress and bring additional dollars to their business. I want to reach as many people as I can to help them live their best life not just get by. I'm only one person. I believe that wellness is a personal choice whether we want to believe it or not, and oftentimes is put on the back burner. I did that a few years ago. I was working about 80 hours a week as a manager at an RV Resort in Arizona. My health and fitness we're taking a beating as I was not taking care of myself. I was taking care of everybody else and put on 30 pounds since the two years I had come from doing bodybuilding for four years. I hated the way I looked and felt. I don't know how I kept up those hours because I felt like crap.
